Jovanne Grace

Jovanne Grace currently serves as the Head of Change & Project Management in Business Strategy & Transformation at bp since January 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Seeds & Sprouts Culture Cultivators since 2013, Jovanne has successfully delivered consulting solutions for business transformation, change management, and operational excellence to high-profile clients including Lockheed Martin and Accenture. Previous roles include Strategy & Sales Planning Leader at MillerCoors, where a commercial planning transformation strategy was implemented for the North American retail chain sales organization, and Chief Strategist at Urban Partnership Bank, where a strategic plan was developed to position the bank in the urban lending market. Earlier career experience at Bank of America involved various leadership roles, culminating in co-leading M&A integration efforts that generated significant annual revenue. Jovanne holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance and Business Administration from DePaul University.
