Jude Naylor is an experienced senior retail professional with a strong background in team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic business development. Currently serving as the Head of Brands (Buying, Interim) at bp and a Business Mentor, Jude has previously held senior roles at major retailers including Tesco, Marks and Spencer, and Co-op. During their tenure at Musgrave Group, Jude successfully managed a team and re-launched Budgens Own Brand in Fresh Foods. Jude holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cardiff University in French, Psychology, and Philosophy.
