Junling Qiu

Junling Qiu is an experienced environmental professional with a robust background in environmental engineering and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Advisor at bp since July 2022, Junling previously held the role of Environmental Lead at both INEOS Aromatics and bp, leading environmental compliance programs at the respective campuses. With extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. as an EHS Supervisor and EHS Professional, Junling managed complex environmental compliance initiatives and reporting. Early career roles included positions at the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, as well as project management in construction projects at China International Water & Electric Corp. Junling holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Hohai University.
