Ken Beuden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, finance, and IT services. At bp since March 2011, Ken has held multiple roles, including VP of Portfolio Management for People & Culture and a Workplace Intelligence Consultant, where Ken established the Workplace Analytics service line that delivered significant cost savings and productivity improvements. Ken's previous positions include Managing Director at A&K LTD, Business Consultant at Rocksteady Music School, and several consultancy roles focused on compliance and financial planning at organisations such as Deutsche Bank and Shell. Ken holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Law degree, both from the University of Birmingham. Additionally, Ken is an instructor at the Japan Shotokan Karate Association.
