Ken Comey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental affairs and compliance within the petroleum industry. Since March 2006, Ken has served as the Director of R&M Environmental Affairs and Compliance at BP and has also contributed as an advisor for the Environmental Compliance & Advocacy Team. Prior to joining BP, Ken held the position of Environmental Advisor – Special Projects at ExxonMobil Torrance Refinery and served as a Senior Technical Advisor at Flint Hills Resources - Pine Bend Refinery. Ken's career includes roles such as Air Quality Supervisor at Shell Bakersfield Refinery and Technologist at Texaco Exploration & Production Technology Department, as well as CO-OP Engineer at Polysar. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1986 and 1990.
