Kim Roller

Kim Roller (Dray), PMP, is a seasoned Program Manager specializing in Operator Training Simulators at bp. They previously held roles such as Senior Project Engineer and SIS/OTS Superintendent at bp, as well as Optimization Supervisor at Flint Hills Resources. With a strong background in process engineering and project management, Kim is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, completing their studies in 1999.
