Kyle Kostroski

Kyle Kostroski is currently the Head of Integrated Delivery - Global Solutions Engineering at bp and serves as an Adjunct Professor in Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois-Chicago. In previous roles, Kyle has held various engineering and leadership positions at bp, including Vice President of Engineering prioritization, planning & performance, and has a proven track record in refining, technology, and supply. Their extensive experience encompasses leadership in agile delivery models and technical innovations, particularly in fluidized catalytic cracking and heavy oils. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, where they also completed a certificate in Applied Management Principles.
