Lanu Cross

Lanu Cross is a dedicated geoscientist currently serving as the Geology Discipline Lead for Rumaila at BP, where they lead a team of geoscientists in managing one of the world's largest waterflood reservoirs. With a PhD in Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MSci from UCL, Lanu possesses strong technical skills and a passion for coaching and developing talent. In previous roles, they have successfully delivered projects that significantly increased production and generated substantial cash flow for various oilfields, demonstrating their expertise in reservoir management and subsurface planning.
