Lari Veldhouse

Lari Veldhouse is the Global Head of Regulatory Reporting and the GOA Exchange Team at bp, where they have effectively led the implementation of financial regulations across IST trading offices since 2016. Previously, Lari served in several positions at bp, including Global Business Change Coordinator, where they oversaw Business Change Analyst teams in multiple countries. With a strong emphasis on effective communication and staff development, they have managed diverse teams to deliver complex change projects and optimize compliance processes. Lari also has a background in finance from DePaul University, where they are currently pursuing a degree in accounting.
