Lawrence Sun is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in public and private accounting. Currently serving as the Regional Financial Controller for Trading & Shipping at bp since 2021, Lawrence focuses on financial analysis and reporting for refining oil and products trading in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Lawrence held the position of Senior Manager in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte from 2009 to 2021, leading audit engagements for key clients, including major global financial institutions. Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is currently pursuing further studies in Accounting and Finance at York University - Schulich School of Business.
