Layla da Mata is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Line Manager Advisor at bp, where they provide strategic support on people management and organizational culture. Previously, Layla held roles as a Human Resources Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on talent planning and employee experience, and co-chaired the Black People Affinity Group, driving DEI initiatives.
