Layla Faisal

Layla Faisal is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at bp, supporting subsurface activities in the Eastern Hemisphere. Previously, they led a team of Reservoir Engineers and Petrophysicists in Exploration and provided reservoir engineering support for major projects in Kuwait and Angola. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Layla has held various roles within bp, including production optimization and modeling for significant gas networks. They hold a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UCL.
