Lee Ballantyne is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Vice Chair of the IOGP 423 Expert Group since January 2024, where guidance is provided for industry HSE management in contract environments. Since February 2018, Lee has been the Contractor Safety Lead at bp, responsible for the Company's Contractor Safety Management Strategic Plan and overseeing global contractor safety support.
