Leigh Hampton is currently an OIM at bp, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Leigh served as an operations team leader and OIM at EnQuest from 2017 to 2020. They also held various positions at bp from 2009 to 2013, including operations team leader and OIM stand-in, where they were responsible for safe and efficient operations of a 220 POB asset. Leigh studied Mechanical Engineering at Neath Port Talbot College from 1997 to 1999.
