Ling Li

Ling Li has extensive experience in the biotechnology and biofuels sectors, currently serving as a Commercial Project Manager and Senior Manager for green hydrogen and biofuels at bp since April 2012. Ling has held various leadership roles at bp, including Science Team Director and Technology Program Leader, following a progressive career that began as a Senior Scientist at BP Biofuels. Prior to joining bp, Ling worked as a Scientist II at Genencor, DuPont Industrial Biosciences, and as a Scientist at Verdezyne, Inc. Additionally, experience as a Postdoctoral Scientist at CODA Genomics, Inc., and a Graduate Student at UC Irvine laid a strong foundation in microbiology and molecular genetics, culminating in a Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine. An undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences was earned from Fudan University.
