Lisa Seufert is a P&C Director for People Relations in Germany and serves as in-house counsel for People Relations in the UK and Europe at bp. Previously, Lisa worked as a Senior Projects Consultant and In-House Counsel for labor law at bp, and held various HR management roles at LyondellBasell, including HR Country Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. Prior to this, Lisa was the Head of Employment and Labor Law at DINEA Gastronomie GmbH. Lisa graduated from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn with a first state examination in law and has additional qualifications in employment and labor law.
