Luisa Brocke is currently the GBS Operation Excellence Manager for Global Procurement at BP, where they lead the development of procurement processes and drive operational excellence within the organization. With a robust history at BP since 2005, Luisa held multiple roles, including Operations Lead, Transformation Lead, and Regional Planner, focusing on procurement and supply chain management. Luisa's expertise encompasses change management, continuous improvement, and performance analysis across various European markets. They earned a Diplom-Kauffrau (FH) from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management in 2006.
