Lynn Gordon, CA(SA), is an accomplished finance leader with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked with Ernst & Young (EY) and BP. They currently serve as the VP of Group Planning & Performance Management, where they leverage their extensive expertise in financial accounting, performance management, and operational efficiencies. Lynn's past roles included Head of GBS Upstream ARC and Accounting Policy and Compliance Manager at BP, among others, where they successfully defined business strategies, improved processes, and mitigated risks. Lynn graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Finance & Accounting from the University of the Western Cape.
