With a career spanning from 2000, Manuel has held significant roles at Cepsa and TOTAL, where they managed drilling projects and led teams in complex drilling operations across diverse regions including Egypt, Algeria, and Canada. Their expertise includes high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) wells and ultra-deepwater exploration, achieving operational objectives in some of the industry’s most demanding settings. Manuel holds a Master's in Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons and a Global Executive MBA, equipping them with a solid foundation in both technical and business aspects of the industry.
