Mark Boucher

Mark Boucher is a seasoned M&A professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as M&A Principal at bp since 2023, Boucher leads negotiations and deal executions for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures across bp's product portfolio in the Americas. Prior to this role, Boucher was Vice President of Development at APA Group, where core energy infrastructure acquisitions were originated and negotiated for the US market. Boucher's earlier tenure at Greenhill & Co. included positions as Principal and Vice President, focusing on M&A and advisory services for energy companies, alongside roles in investment banking at Focus Ventures and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. Boucher holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
