Mark Hennen

Mark Hennen currently serves as the Assistant Tax Director and Counsel - Group at BP, where they oversee corporate and international tax planning and lead a team of tax professionals. Previously, Mark held various positions in tax law and advisory, including roles as a Tax Attorney at Entergy and a Senior Managing Tax Counsel at BP. Mark's legal career began with positions at Pickering Cotogno and Jones Walker LLP, focusing on banking regulatory matters and tax law. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from New York University School of Law, in addition to an MBA from Tulane University.
