Mark Lester

Mark Lester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management, safety performance, and retail operations, currently serving as Director of Global Property Management and HSSE M&A Project Manager at BP since September 2009. In this role, Mark manages a global portfolio of contaminated properties and oversees HSSE M&A projects, emphasizing liability reduction and cost efficiency. Previously at BP, Mark held various leadership positions, including Associate Director of Global Marketing for Sustainable Projects, where a budget of over $40 million was managed for retail programs across more than 10,000 locations. Mark's early career included significant retail operations management at Hess, overseeing P&L for annual sales exceeding $120 million.
