Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell has been with BP since 1990, starting as a Trainee Electrical Technician after completing a four-year electrical apprenticeship. Over the years, Mark has progressed through various positions, including Electro-Technical Officer, Responsible Electrical Person, and Production Supervisor, with key responsibilities in running offshore operations and ensuring safety and reliability. In December 2018, Mark took on the role of Production Team Leader, overseeing a team of technicians, operations planners, and area authorities. Notable achievements include contributions during the Clair Ridge project and providing operational support for the Andrew Platform Pipeline Validation Project. Mark's extensive experience in both onshore and offshore environments highlights a strong commitment to operational excellence and safety standards.
