Mark Rowe is currently the VP of Executive Reward at bp, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Associate Director of Executive Reward at bp from 2016 to 2018 and held multiple leadership roles in reward management within the company. Before joining bp, Mark worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant and Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation from 2010 to 2014, and as a Reward Analyst at Watson Wyatt from 2008 to 2010. Mark earned an MChem in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Warwick between 2004 and 2008.
