Mark Webber

Mark Webber is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud and network engineering, currently serving as the Head of AWS Platforms at bp since November 2007, where leadership is provided to a team of over 40 engineers in managing and enhancing the organization's AWS cloud platform. Mark has held various senior roles at bp, including Head of Network Engineering, Automation Engineering Lead, and Head of IT Operations for Gas and Power, demonstrating a strong focus on automation, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. Previous experience includes technology consulting at DMW Group, software development at IBM Business Consulting Services and PwC Consulting, and IT support at Pentos Systems. Mark Webber holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
