Martin Joss

Martin Joss currently serves as Production Team Lead at bp since February 2021, building on an extensive career with the company that began as Lead Technician from 1997 to 2003. Joss has held various engineering and management positions, including Onshore Site Manager and Offshore Operation Engineer, overseeing safe operations, personnel development, and HSE goals across multiple facilities and pipelines. Prior experience includes roles at Naval Aircraft Repair Organisation and INEOS, where responsibilities encompassed planning, scheduling, and integrity assurance. Joss holds an ONC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering from Perth Technical College and an HNC in Mechanical Production Engineering from Dundee Technical College.
