Mathew Pope is a Senior Leader with over 20 years of experience in project delivery, maintenance, and turnaround in the Oil and Gas Industry, having worked with major operators such as BP, ConocoPhillips, and Woodside. Currently, as the Site Projects Lead at the Kwinana Energy Hub for bp, Mathew is responsible for building a high-performing team and managing a diverse portfolio of capital projects. Previously, Mathew has held key roles including Head of Project Management at ASC Pty Ltd, Project Manager at BP, and Senior Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, where they successfully integrated an Agile mindset into traditional project delivery methods to enhance efficiency. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronic) with honors from Curtin University of Technology.
