Matt Hobbs

Matt Hobbs is a Global Engineering and Quality Director at bp, where they lead the global Engineering and Quality team within bp pulse. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager for Global Engineering and Operational Excellence at bp, overseeing electrification projects and developing standards to ensure project safety and compliance. Matt began their career as a Signalling Engineer at Scott Wilson and has held various engineering roles in major projects, including in Azerbaijan and Algeria. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
