Matt Warner

Matt Warner is a seasoned expert in corporate strategy focused on low carbon fuels, including hydrogen, CCUS, and renewables. They have held notable positions at bp, including as the analytics lead for hydrogen and CCUS strategy, where they developed a digital toolkit for optimizing power and hydrogen production costs. Warner previously served as the New Ventures Director for bp in Africa and the Mediterranean and has extensive experience in geological roles at Chevron, Tullow Oil, and various consulting firms. Currently, Warner is pursuing a PhD in Salt Tectonics at Royal Holloway, alongside an honors degree in Geology from the same institution.
