Matthew Dean has a diverse professional background, beginning with an early role as an Auto Technician at Knapp Motors from June 2001 to August 2003, where responsibilities included diagnosing and repairing automotive systems. After earning an Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Owens Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo, Matthew transitioned to the manufacturing sector as Building Maintenance personnel at Fischer Tool and Die from April 2004 to January 2005.
