Mel Davis

Mel Davis is an HR Director with significant experience in HR and business transformation. They began their career as a trainee at Paul Mitchell - Luxury Haircare Germany, where they managed cross-departmental projects and marketing initiatives. They later held various roles at BP, culminating in positions such as HR Business Partner and Director of Organisation Design and Effectiveness. Mel earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Newcastle Business School, and they also completed a Bachelor’s degree at accadis University Bad Homburg.
