Michael Kibblewhite is a leader in employee change and capability with over 15 years of experience across media, telecoms, and energy, including roles at the BBC and BP. They have delivered global performance management transformations and large-scale leadership programs while combining creative insight with behavioral science expertise. As a trained coach and experienced people leader, Michael is known for driving organizational success and enhancing employee engagement. They hold an MSc in Behaviour Change from UCL and an MA in Education and History from the University of Cambridge. Michael is available for new opportunities starting February 2026.
