Mike Grabill

Mike Grabill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in turnaround management and project leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as Turnaround Manager at bp since October 2014, Mike has spearheaded global turnaround solutions in upstream and refining operations, previously leading regional turnaround initiatives in Egypt and Mauritania-Senegal. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Project Manager at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and various managerial positions at Shell, Mike has demonstrated expertise in developing maintenance frameworks, optimizing operational reliability, and mentoring junior engineers. Educationally, Mike holds a Master of Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Liverpool and is further pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management. Additional qualifications include a Project Management Certificate and a Journeyman Trade Certificate in Steam Pipefitting, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
