Mike Lawrence

Mike Lawrence is the Head of Skills Performance for Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability at bp, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience across industries such as clean energy, oil and gas, and the military. They have a specialized background in mechanical systems, storage tank maintenance, personnel management, and training development. Previously, Lawrence held significant roles including Superintendent positions at various organizations, where they consistently improved operational performance and achieved substantial cost savings. Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and also studied Organic Chemistry at California State University, Stanislaus.
