Mike Lynskey

Mike Lynskey is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in developing high-performing teams in the lubricants and fuels industry. They currently serve as the Global Technology Director and Head of Lubricant Technology - Americas at BP, having previously held roles such as Regional Technology Manager. They also have a background as a Process Improvement Leader and Formulation Chemist at Castrol. Mike earned a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry & Chemical Technology from the University of Bradford.
