Mitchell McGaughy is a seasoned renewable energy performance engineering leader with extensive experience in data analysis, asset management, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Performance Engineering Team Lead at bp, Mitchell previously held roles at GE Renewable Energy, where they focused on fleet management and performance data analysis for renewable energy sites. Holding both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, Mitchell combines a strong technical foundation with a passion for innovative solutions and operational efficiency.
