Murali Krishna

Murali Krishna possesses extensive experience in IT operations and service management, currently serving in an IT Operations role at bp since May 2022. Before this, Murali held the position of IT Senior Release Manager at Equinix, focusing on release planning and management, OS patching, and change management. During a tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, Murali was responsible for ITSM deliverables, including incident management and ServiceNow workflows. Murali also served as ITS Change Manager at the University of California Office of the President, overseeing change management tasks and CAB meetings. Prior experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Level Manager and at Geometric Ltd. as a PLM Analyst, along with an early career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at HTC Global Services. Murali holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
