Nadia McCarthy currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at bp, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nadia was the Vice President of Human Resources at Atlantic LNG from February 2018 to February 2021, focusing on a BP joint venture. Nadia's extensive experience at bp also includes roles as Executive Assistant to the Regional President, HR Manager for Global Operations, Upstream Most of World Resourcing Lead, and Upstream Talent Management Consultant, spanning from April 2011 to February 2018. Nadia holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Western University, completed in 2000. Additionally, Nadia completed Advanced Levels at St Joseph's Convent in Port of Spain, Trinidad, from 1987 to 1995.
