Natasha Causton

Natasha Causton is currently an Agility Coach at BP, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they worked as an HR Customer Experience Specialist at BP from 2018 to 2021 and gained experience as a Human Resources Analyst and HR Representative at GSK between 2016 and 2018. Earlier in their career, Natasha served as an Insurance Broker at The A&A Group and worked as a Claims Handler at Aston Claims and Quindell Business Process Services. Natasha holds a BA (Hons.) in Classical Civilisation and Literature from the University of Birmingham, which they completed in 2010.
