Neil Ackbarali

Neil Ackbarali is an accomplished Business Agility Delivery Lead at bp, with a focus on delivering business improvements globally through Lean/CI and Agile methodologies since November 2012. This role involves coaching leaders and driving organizational transformation to enhance safety, revenue, and cost efficiency across bp's operations. Prior to bp, Neil held various positions including Regional IT&S Manager at The ANSA McAL Group and IT Manager at BHP. Neil’s career began in information technology at PwC and Computers and Controls Limited. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, completed in 2002.
