Nicky's career began at Baker Hughes, where they progressed from trainee to senior engineer, gaining a wealth of experience in water-based fluids and high-pressure environments. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Microbiology from Edinburgh Napier University and are highly regarded for their expertise in drilling fluids and completion supervision.
