Niel Sy is currently a global design lead at BP, based in London, where they focus on creating transformative experiences through sustainable design thinking and UX principles. Previously, Niel held the role of Enterprise Architect - Innovation at Deloitte, providing strategic technical insights and leading innovation projects. They also served as the Head of Liquid Studio Manila at Accenture, where Niel promoted design thinking and rapid prototyping in collaboration with Fortune 500 companies. Niel completed an Executive Program in Strategy and Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2022.
