Paul Barnes is a Vice President of Business Development at Global Oil Access, bringing 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and low carbon energy sectors. Driven by intellectual and emotional curiosity, they have successfully delivered billion-dollar transactions and fostered skills development in business professionals. Paul has held various leadership roles at BP, including overseeing significant projects in Oman and Algeria, and has contributed to the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators as a Director. They hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Exploration Geophysics from University College London and the University of Leeds, respectively.
