Paul Gross is a strategic leader in talent, learning, and organizational development with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning Delivery at bp since 2023, Paul leads the Safety & Operational Learning organization for various regions, overseeing numerous L&D teams. Previously, Paul held significant roles at companies such as Sava Senior Care, APAC Customer Services, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they developed innovative learning strategies and solutions. Paul also served in the United States Air Force as a Multimedia Learning Designer, creating eLearning solutions for training programs. Paul earned a BA in Sociology from Chapman University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
