Paul Meredith is currently the Agility Discipline Lead at BP, where they focus on agile coaching, design thinking, and continuous improvement. They previously held various roles at BP, including OMS & CI Specialist and CI Advisor/Lead, as well as positions at QinetiQ and the Royal Navy, where they served as a Lean Facilitator and Co-ordinator, among other titles. Paul earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2011.
