Paul Notley

Paul Notley is an experienced Operations and Engineering Manager currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead for Europe and South Africa at bp. They have held significant roles, including Terminal Manager for bp Isle of Grain, Director at the British Pipeline Agency, and Engineering Manager at Allied Bakeries. Previously, Notley served as Operations Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, where they managed multiple manufacturing buildings and led several continuous improvement projects. They are a Chartered Engineer with a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and hold Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
