Paul Rooney

Paul Rooney is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations Management for US Refining at BP. They previously held various managerial roles at both Amoco and BP, including Manager of Business Development and Manager of Assets and Strategy. Paul earned a Master's degree in Management from the University of Mary and two degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, including a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree. Their extensive experience spans strategic management and operational leadership across several refining and engineering sectors.
