Paul Yingst

Paul Yingst is a Rotating Equipment Team Leader at BP, with over 15 years of experience in the rotating equipment field across chemical, oil refining, and gas processing sectors. They have previously served as a Rotating Equipment Specialist at Ineos and held various technical roles at BP, including Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer in Baku, Azerbaijan, where they focus on developing digital tools for performance monitoring. Paul possesses a thorough working knowledge of industrial machinery, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to leadership. Currently, they are pursuing a BS degree at Old Dominion University.
