Peter Schibli

Peter Schibli is an experienced leader specializing in agile coaching and change leadership, with a focus on driving dramatic improvements in diverse fields such as exploration, heavy engineering, and new product development. They co-founded Businessflow, where they worked from 2006 to 2017, and held a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt position at Fonterra from 1998 to 2013. Peter has also served as General Manager at PDF Communications and has taken on various roles at bp, including Lead Agile Coach. Currently, they are involved in Agile Leadership & Management Development with the NHS.
