Phil Bloor

Phil Bloor is an Ornithology Subject Matter Expert currently supporting all BP projects. They served as the Managing Director of Pelagica Environmental Consultancy Ltd from 2010 to 2024, providing expert environmental support for numerous offshore wind farm projects and conducting over 60 Habitats Regulations Assessments. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Environmental Manager at the Department of Energy and Climate Change and as a Project Officer for the Joint Nature Conservation Committee, Phil has extensive experience in environmental assessments and regulatory compliance. They hold a BSc Hons in Zoology (Ecology) from the University of Aberdeen, obtained in 1994.
